Great cut, understands the assignment.

I’ve been happy here for years - now four times in a row either the barber I booked wasn’t available; the shop was closed; the barber was half an hour late. Sorry guys but enough is enough / not the way to treat your customers

Second time I’ve been to see George, the man is a true genius with scissors. Kind, friendly guy, very skilful at his craft. Will go to him every time - shame I can only give 5*’s

Jacopo was running 20mins late for my booking at 7:30. He didn't give an explanation or an apology. I had a dinner reservation so I told him I would have to leave at 8pm and asked him to just trim the sides as that was all there was time for. He then trimmed the sides of my hair in 7mins and charged me the full £28 for the haircut despite me asking for a reduced price. At the end, he still didn't apologise. Terrible service - I have been a loyal customer of Richmond Barbers for many years.
