TERMS & CONDITIONS We can't guarantee service if you are more than 5 minutes late Please double check you have booked in for the correct service as you may be asked to rebook if it is incorrect at the time of arrival, as this will cause a timing issue for us. If for some reason there is a delay at the time of your appointment because of us you may be asked to take a seat and wait until the barber has finished, if you chose to. Delays can happen for many reasons which are out of the staffs hands. If there is a delay and you chose to wait, we will not accept any form of abuse if you start getting irritated/annoyed, you will be asked to leave. You're a grown ass human who made that decision. Must come to your appointment alone. We do not take any responsibility for lost or stolen items so don't leave your stuff lying about. We do not respond to text messages sent to the shops mobile.
