Poor, Booked an appointment for 11:45am and was accepted. On arrival to the barbershop/Studio The barber was nowhere to be seen. Attempted to call numerous times with no answer, Did not get a reply until 3 hours after the original haircut appointment time. Very poor experience from this barber and will not be returning.
